View All Catalogs

When you access the Catalog Manager, all of your existing catalogs will be shown in a table for review.

This view provides the Title, Start and End Dates, Status, and the date the catalog was last updated for each catalog. There will also be tools available to Preview (), Duplicate (), or Delete () a catalog as needed.

Note: Catalogs will be displayed in alpha-numeric order by default, but you can use the down arrow next to the Title column (or any other column) to adjust the order consideration.

Preview a Catalog

You can preview any catalog at any time, regardless of its status, by selecting the Preview icon ()  to the right for the respective catalog.

This preview will open in a new tab (or window, depending upon your browser settings) and allow you to review the content within your catalog as it will appear once it has been embedded on your site.

Note: In this preview, custom styles from your website will not be applied and it may look slightly different than the finished, embedded version will.
