We’ve added support for customers to send emails from one of their subdomains. This Knowledge Base article will highlight the steps involved in getting this setup, but you will need to reach out to Support (support@kuali.co) to start the process.
- Step 1 - Creating (or communicating) a Subdomain to Kuali Support

You will need to create a subdomain on your side (or share an existing subdomain) that we can use to send emails. Once this has been created, the domain should be shared with Kuali Support. Your support ticket should look like this:
Subject: Send email from Subdomain
Body: Here is my email domain: @example.edu - Step 2 - Adding DNS Records

Kuali will add the subdomain as an option in our mail provider and share DNS records that will need to be added to your domain. Adding these DNS records will allow us to send emails on your behalf. After the DNS records have been added, we will need to verify the DNS records.
- Step 3 - Testing the Change

After we validate the DNS records, we will send a test email out before enabling the feature for all emails.
