How do I Use the Checkbox Gadget?

After Creating a Form, you can choose from various Form Gadgets to add gadgets to your form. Check Boxes are the best choice when multiple answers are possible. 

• Select the Check Boxes gadget and drag it into the form within a section.
• In the configuration panel, enter a field label into the the Gadget Label/Question field. For example, "Reason for Travel."
• Under Options, click Add Item. Enter the option the user should be able to select from. For each additional item, click the Add Item button again to provide another. For example, "Academic Conference", "Professional Development", "Field Research", and "Other".
• Change the toggle from Design to Preview to see how it will appear for users.

You can also use the Presets dropdown menu to choose from options that are commonly used to help speed up your form building.
