Build App Dashboard

App Insights Dashboard

Any System or App Administrators will have the Dashboard tab available in their Build Apps.  The Dashboard provides pre-configured reports to track metrics for the given app.  Admins can quickly track submission volume, documents that may be languishing in workflow, and recent actions. The pre-configured report dashboard includes the below data:

• Submissions
  • This Month
  • In Progress
  • Completed
  • Errors
• Total Submissions By Status
• Longest Time on Current Step
• Recently Completed or Denied

Admins can click on the dashboard card titles (i.e. 'Submissions This Month', 'In Progress', etc) in the reports to go to the filters defining the insight.  You will also be able to click on segments of the 'Total Submissions by Status' doughnut chart to be taken to a filter of only the documents represented by that specific segment.
