From the portal, you can:
- Submit a new support ticket
- View updates and manage your existing requests
You can also email us at smailto:support@kuali.co and your request will automatically be created as a ticket.
Looking for Classic CM Tickets?
If you previously used Classic Curriculum Management, your past tickets are still available in the Classic support portal: https://kuali-ccm.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/
This ensures you can continue to access your historical requests while using the new Academic Ops experience going forward.
