Being prepared for any event is what Kuali Ready is all about - that includes if your local institutional single sign-on (SSO) is down and you still need to access your Ready plans. In the event of your SSO being down and you need access to Kuali Ready please follow the below steps:
- Submit a ticket to our Kuali support team at support@kuali.co
- Kuali support team will do the following:
- Disconnect the individual account(s) from your SSO.
- Send you a new login URL and password utilizing our Kuali authentication method (via https://<domain>.kualihub.com/auth/kuali)
You can use this method to login and access Kuali Ready until your SSO is restored. Once your SSO is back online you can simply start using that login and it will switch your user account back to that SSO method automatically (and Kuali auth will be disabled).
