Our notifications will be sent from the noreply@kualihub.com email address by default. If emails are still getting caught in your spam filter - there are a couple of options you can check:
- You may also have your institution whitelist the IP the email come from - we have a list of IP Addresses to Allow documented here.
- Another option is that you could have the email configured to look like it comes from your organization - Send Emails From Your Institution's Domain. It may not prevent things from being sent to spam depending on the users settings, but it can show them as from your organization rather than from the default no-reply address that we send from.
- The default language on a step contains the language, 'Your attention is required.' When testing that, emails that contain that exact language are often flagged as phishing attempts - so a user's email may flag that regardless of all other settings being correct. After adjusting the language of a step, for example, to something such as 'This approval is ready for your review', it did not get picked up spam filters. That is part of the workflow step, under the Customize Email Notification section. You can turn that toggle on and adjust the language to better fit your workflow.
