Many institutions prefer to customize their system by adding their colors and logo to their forms and emails.
Only system administrators have access to adjust the branding in their environment. To access the branding settings:
- Click on the Suite Menu icon (
), then navigate to System Settings (Spaces & Settings for Enterprise customers).
- If System Settings was selected, click on the Branding tab at the top.
- If Spaces & Settings was selected, select Suite or Space you wish to apply the Branding to, and then select the Branding tab.
The Branding settings can be applied to either to the forms or to the notification emails. A toggle is available to switch between the two to allow customized branding for each.
Branding Settings
Both the form and email have options to allow you to adjust the color and logo that will be applied.
- Color
-
You can adjust the color that is used in the banner for forms by specifying the hexadecimal value. Hexadecimal color values are supported in all browsers, and are written in the format:
#RRGGBB.RR (red), GG (green) and BB (blue) are hexadecimal integers between 00 and FF specifying the intensity of the color. For example,
#0000FFis displayed as blue, because the blue component is set to its highest value (FF) and the others are set to 00. If you're not sure of the specific hex value, you may want to confirm with your web team what color is used within your branding to ensure an exact match. - Logo
-
A logo can be added by providing an image. Images used for the logo should be be under 100 px tall, but the exact size may vary based on your specific image. When uploaded, the default height will be 40px, but you can adjust it as needed.
Branding Guidelines
- Colors are entered using a hexadecimal value.
- SVG or PNG Images with a transparent background are recommended.
- A horizontal image with the logo or name of the school will work best as it will appear in the heading.
- Recommended height for logo images is between 30px-60px, but each logo varies.
