All Kuali products will have have a Suite Menu ()that allow you to access various parts of the application.
The options available will depend on your level of access in the system. If a user is not a System Administrator they will only have the 'Groups' and 'Help' options available to them in the menu.
Below outlines all options available in the top level menu:
- People & Groups:
Gives you access to the People, Groups, and Blueprints for your institution. You can view, edit, and create new entries as required for your system management.
- Spaces & Settings:

Allows you to edit your system Spaces and Permissions within the Kuali product at each space level you desire. Within General tab of Spaces you will have the options to config Space Administrators/Members and other config options. You will also have Apps & Links, Integrations, and Branding options at each space level.
Within Permissions you can specify System Admins and System Creators for the entire Kuali System (not at space level).
- History:
The History tab allows you to see actions taken in forms, workflow, documents, and permissions.
- Usage (EXPERIMENTAL):
This is the first iteration of usage analytics within Kuali that will show general and app specific data. This allows admins more insight into how their system is being used to gauge engagement and adoption. This board gives you info on the number of apps, total submissions, total spaces, total integrations, total users, total groups, total blueprints. They will also be able to see a list of the apps in the system and the number of submissions for each as well as the date of last submission (i.e. total apps, total submissions, etc.). We hope to expand this dashboard to add additional metrics as time progresses.
