Each module refresher includes:

Configuration Review & Documentation
- Before the training begins, we’ll spend several hours reviewing your existing setup. We’ll prepare a System Configuration Summary that outlines your current structure, settings, integrations, and usage patterns. This document anchors the training and identifies potential quick wins or concerns.

Live Training Series (3–5 sessions)
- Each session is 90 minutes and delivered via Zoom. Sessions are spaced weekly or biweekly to support learning continuity. You’ll receive recordings for future reference.

Session 1: Configuration Overview & System Navigation
- Walkthrough of the System Configuration Summary
- Overview of user roles, permissions, and access management
- Review of key settings and system structure

Session 2: Core Admin Workflows & Configuration Deep Dive
- Managing common admin tasks
- Editing templates, workflows, and approval paths
- Understanding key dependencies in the system
- Handling exceptions and change requests
- Homework: Modify a workflow or form; review a use case
Session 3: Integrations 101
- Overview of your configured integrations (SIS, SSO, financial systems, etc.)
- How data flows into/out of your module
- Identifying integration issues or stale configurations
- Tips for monitoring or requesting integration changes
- Homework: Map an integration flow; identify key contacts
Session 4: Reporting, Queries & Dashboards
- Navigating reporting tools and built-in dashboards
- Running and scheduling reports
- Understanding filters, parameters, and exports
- Tips for surfacing useful data for stakeholders
- Homework: Run a report; create or update a saved view
Session 5: Wrap-Up, Advanced Topics, or Office Hours
- Address remaining questions or edge cases
- Review completed homework tasks
- Optional: Introduction to lesser-used features
- Discuss next steps (health check, optimization, etc.)
