An app comprises the form you create in the Form Builder, the workflow, and the data that is submitted. It is the container that pulls everything together.
Creating an App
- In your Dashboard view, click on the + New App icon.
- A pop-up window will appear that will allow you to name the app and select an icon and color for the app. The icon and color selection will appear on the dashboard moving forward.
- Click Create. This will bring you to the app's Form Builder, and you are ready to design your Form (see the Planning and Designing a Form article).
Duplicate an App
- From the dashboard, click on the pencil icon in the bottom right corner of the app’s tile that you want to duplicate.
- Click Duplicate to create an identical copy of your app, including tile icon, color, form, and workflow.
Note: Any submitted forms on the app that was copied will not be transferred over. Also, any set Permissions on the app will not be copied either - those need to be reset.
- Give the duplicated app a new name, change the tile icon, and the color. Your app has been duplicated!
Note: When duplicating, only the last published version of an app will be copied.
Delete an App

From within an app, click on the app name at the top left of the screen to expose the app dropdown.

Click Delete App.

A confirmation will appear, requiring that you say goodbye to the app before you can delete it. Once you have confirmed that you want to delete it, it will be gone forever.
