How to Edit a Form

Your created apps can be found on your Kuali Dashboard. Each will be represented by the icon and color you selected when you initially built the app.

Edit the App's Name, Icon, or Color

When you first create an app, you provided a name, icon, and a color. Those settings can be changed at any time from the dashboard. 

1. From the Dashboard home, hover over the app icon that you would like to change.
2. Click on the small pencil button that appears in the right corner of your app's icon.
   
3. From the pop-up window that appears, you will be able to adjust the name, the icon, and the icon's color.

Edit a Form

1. To edit a form click on the app's icon from the Kuali Dashboard. This will take you to the app's Document List.
2. From there, click Form in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to get to the Form Builder.

   

3. Begin editing.
   Note: Your edits will not be visible to you users until you re-publish your form.  See the Publishing an App article.
