Kuali's Mobile Experience

Kuali's goal is to allow your end user's the ability to easily utilize our products on the go via mobile devices or tablets.  This includes navigating available apps, creating documents, accessing My Documents, and taking workflow actions in the Action List.  Below outlines what these actions look like using a mobile device.

For more system or app administration functions like creating or updating a form via form/workflow builder we highly recommend using a computer.  Although it's possible to do these actions on a mobile device it's much easier to plan and build your form and workflow using a laptop or desktop computer. 

Searching for an App

You can scroll through the available apps or search for the desired app via the search field.  Once you find the desired app simply click on the app tile to start your document.

         

Completing an App Document

Within a document you can start filling out the form fields as needed:

         

Reviewing My Documents

If a user wants to see existing submitted or draft documents you can go to My Documents and scroll through the records to find the desired document.

         

Taking Workflow Actions

And via your Action List you can see the documents that require your action (to approve, form fill, or acknowledge).  Upon clicking on the document you can then review the details and take the requested action.
