Keyboard Shortcuts are available in Form Builder and Workflows, including the ability to undo your last command. Below are some of the common shortcuts:
- Copy/Paste

Copy a gadget or workflow step and paste it somewhere else in the form or workflow. This also works between apps as well! In order to copy from one app to another, open a separate tab or window in the same browser, and you will be able to copy a Gadget or Workflow steps between two different apps.

Windows
- Gadget:
- Click on the gadget you wish to copy within the Form (make sure the “Gadget Label/Question” text input isn't highlighted which may require another click on the gadget).
- Press CTRL + C to copy the gadget. A tooltip will appear to indicate the gadget has been copied to the clipboard.
- You must use the keyboard shortcut to copy the step, there is no equivalent when right-clicking.
- Press CTRL + V to paste the gadget. Once it has been copied, you can drag the gadget to the location you would like it and edit it as needed.
- Workflow:
- Click on the step you wish to copy within the Workflow.
- Once the step details open in the panel, be sure to click on the step within the workflow again so that the step itself is selected; and not the fields within the details panel.
- Press CTRL + C to copy the step. A tooltip will appear to indicate the step has been copied to the clipboard.
- You must use the keyboard shortcut to copy the step, there is no equivalent when right-clicking.
- Press CTRL + V to paste the step. Once it has been copied, you can drag the step to the location you would like it and edit it as needed.

- It is easy undo a previous command within the Form and Workflow Builder without having to start over.
Click the Undo button just above the list of workflow steps.
